Johnny Cupcakes Pop-Up Shop at Bribery Bakery in Austin, TX
Sweet treats from Boston to Austin
If you’re thinking cupcakes and a variety of flavors, stop right there. Welcome to the world’s first t-shirt bakery: Johnny Cupcakes! This food themed clothing brand creates fun conversations around pop culture references, and it captures the attention of men, women and children alike. People from all over come to wait in line for the chance at exclusive gear.
Johnny Cupcakes has collectible apparel and accessories that you’ll find inside baking trays and cupcake pans. Teaming up with Bribery Bakery and their custom crossbones treats, you know it’s a JC party with tunes, dancing and yummy treats! The Johnny Cupcakes Pop-Up Shops consistently deliver an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re leaving with a t-shirt or complimentary swag, it’s inspiring and creates delightful memories all packaged in a pastry box.
It isn’t a Pop-Up without the Cupcake Crossbones, Johnny.
Collectors of all ages visit the stores in Boston, MA or wait for local U.S. city pop-up shop tours like The Coffin Tour in 2012. (Side note: Click that link and you’ll see how far we’ve grown with our videography!) If you missed one of these tours, or you’re far from Boston, not to worry! You can now host a party of your own, or RSVP to your nearby pop-up shop. (Austin, send me a DM on Instagram and let’s start planning your Johnny Cupcakes Pop-Up Shop!)
Official Cake Dealers are popping up around the country with pop-up shops, where you can find vault items no longer on the site and things on the site that you can grab in person. (See the video at the top of the page for what you can expect at a pop-up shop.)
Thanks to everyone for watching my video, reading the blog here and attending my pop-up shop at Bribery Bakery in Austin, TX!
A big, special shout out to Bribery Bakery for hosting us graciously and baking the cutest JC cupcakes! Our guests were delighted and amazed at your scrumptious confections and cocktails.
To Lauren, my fellow Cake Dealer in Training (on the left), Kyle Elysse (in the middle) and my husband Elias (behind the lens), teamwork makes the dream work! Thanks for partnering and helping me rotate between different roles to create a successful event.
And of course, THANK YOU SO MUCH to both Kyle Elysse and Johnny Cupcakes for giving me a shot at hosting one of your famous pop-up shops here in Austin!
